Great hotel with onsen to relax. The hotel is quite a distance from train station. Thankfully shuttle bus service provided by hotel.

Room was spacious and beautifully facing a river. Free shuttle to and from Shinkansen station, and to the trekking routes are great. No cosmetic remover at the public hot spring, amenities falling short from Dormy Inn which charged a quarter of its price. Apple was the best food served at buffet dinner.

最高 The free shuttle to the hotel made it easy. Check in was organized and comfortable as they didn’t make you wait in line with a bus load of people coming in at the same time. Instead they requested everyone set down and the staff systematically attended to everyone. We were given a thorough explanation of the resort and showed to our room. Property surroundings simply lovely, room is clean, and staff are polite. Didn’t try the dinner buffet so don’t know about the quality and variety of the food.

The hot springs are amazing, though the dinner and breakfast buffet was quite pricy. The service is absolutely amazing. One thing to note that on this region, if you are using foreign currency make sure to exchange your currency before traveling here.
