Clean & cosy accomodation. Great location close to shops, transport. The biggest plus is their wonderful staff! Thank you to the lovely desk staff for their warmth, help & knowledge.

An overnight stay with my mum and sister. Room and linen were clean. The family room is odd though. And lacking some tlc. Only one bed side lamp next to the king and only one bedside table next to the queen. Only 2 teacups in a room designed for 4 people. No pictures on the bare walls and only small mirror above the sink in the ensuite size bathroom. Over all happy with the stay but I’d say the room was over priced given the above.

Great spot for us with University across road. Friendly staff. Great facilities

Comfortable and quiet

The listing on Expedia says gym facilities are accessible at a nearby health club but the hotel staff said there was no such access. (I would not have booked this hotel had this information been accurate.) There were no windows in the room (except for a small one overlooking an interior corridor), hence no daylight in the room. The hand soap by the sink and the conditioner in the shower had not been refilled, and the milk in the fridge was past its use-by date. While the room was clean and the aircon/kettle/shower/wifi etc worked, the overall experience was underwhelming.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel is in a very convenient city location, with a shopping centre nearby and plenty of great restaurants and cafés within walking distance, which made everything easy. The room was comfortable and had what I needed for a short stay. While the air conditioning wasn’t working during my visit, the staff handled it well and quickly provided a fan, which made the room more comfortable. The team were friendly and helpful throughout, which made a positive difference. A solid option if you’re looking for convenience and good access to food and shopping.

Curtains blocked out all street lights, beds comfy, air condition worked. Everything very clean

Staff were very helpful especially as I had my arm in a sling, they assisted me with everything I needed.
