Very nice

The place was clean and tidy, needed new bedding however housekeeping was not available overnight Overall happy with our stay and will come back for next visit

My room wasn’t that clean. They have full size gym though, if you’re interested.

Very clean and well organized

Staff aren’t as helpful nor kind. You’d think with older people they’d be willing to kindly explain the problem but they just get frustrated and gives you attitude. The rooms weren’t getting cleaned well. Also, I got the room suitable for 4 people but this was very very crammed. Will not be staying here again.

Hotel is fine, a little dated but ok, rooms are a little small, but big enough, no wardrobe in our room, but sone hangers and a rail, shower was great. Location is good , 5 mins to the metro and a shopping centre, both ok- breakfast not the best, korean menu only, but plenty of cheap restaurants nearby, woth the money? Yes it is

Went to the counter to ask about what to do with luggages if we can’t do an early check in and the staff in the counter sounded irritated and pointed out to the locker area without speaking nor giving any instructions. Room was clean but a little small with no table to put stuff, air conditioning doesn’t seem to work properly and the bathroom only has a sliding door that you can peep inside so there was no privacy. But the good side of it, it was accessible to a lot of restaurants and stores, and they have a cinema, waterpark and sauna.

Good location, easy to parking

Gave me room that was already occupied. The other room that was assigned to me later gave me impression that the cleaning is not done thoroughly. Found old door key from a previous persin on top of the cabinet, toilet area did not smell clean. I think the house keepers pretty much only change the bedding and do some vacuuming and thats it.
