とても良い It was very hot when we were there in June and we had the very top room which was extremely hot and the a/c couldn’t keep up. They did bring us a fan which helped some. 401 has a lot of sloped ceiling and can be difficult to get in and out of bed with out bumping your head. The 5 flights of stairs are a lot with luggage but the staff are more than helpful offering to help take up your luggage. Location was excellent !

少しがっかり Air conditioning didn’t work and shower-tub was hard to get into with the way the glass door works. They didn’t move us, maybe some rooms have actual air conditioning. If you’re staying here call them and ask how to get to hotel because it’s in a pedestrian only zone. No elevator which is not unusual but they can help with bags if needed.

This hotel was picturesque, beautifully restored and an amazing view.
Vincenzo went above and beyond to help us with our bags and transport back to the T1 parking lot.
The location cannot be beat!

Lovely hotel. Fabulous staff. My room was on the top floor. No lift but apparently very close to the AC units that operate 24/7. Very noisy. Difficult to get a decent nights sleep which is a shame.
I went B&B. Breakfast in bar downstairs. Coffee great but food not to my taste.

The Ac kept the room nice and cool but hotel does not have a restaurant or bar. Is located outside a restaurant but no discount is given for breakfast.
Restaurant had a hotel breakfast menu but it's limited

Hotel was excellent, Daniella at front desk was wonderful. The only concern is that the internet was very poor. Apparently it was “ being worked on “ it did not improve during our stay
