Professional staff!!! Shout out to Ken who is very accommodating

I’ve stayed before but place has gone downhill bed u comfortable and staff not as friendly and room not up to usual standards

Good place

Great stay very clean and tidy. Everything you would need in the cabin. Only down side is the trucks and being told to lock everything up because people wander through the park. We think someone was outside our cabin as there was a cigarette lighter on the ground in the morning that wasn’t there when we arrived.

Enjoyed our stay at the Discovery park - Port Augusta. Clean cabin, with all amenities. Would rate it at par with a good hotel.

Clean park, very secure, lovely room and great facilities

We had a pet friendly cabin, quite old, but OK. The shower was a problem, as the water could not be contained in the cubicle, so flooded the bathroom. When we pulled back the sheets on the bed, there were hairs in the bed!! Probably wouldn’t recommend this to my friends.

The “donga” style Accommodation was suitable for a one night stay for a single traveller

Great place and secure

The staff were friendly. The shared amenities were in good condition and in good order. Unfortunately the floor in our room was dirty and I found hair in some dried stuck on debris on the floor. I did speak to reception who said they would get it sorted but it never got sorted. The bed was comfy and clean and the bathroom pristine. The tv wasn’t working and nor was the swing function on the air con but we did report this on check out.
