Amazing property! The staff were so kind. I lost my glasses off of the balcony and the next day staff searched to find them for me!
The onsen on the balcony was so wonderful! A very spacious room with nice amenities. Great view of lake Biwa. Would highly recommend!

The Hotel's shuttle picked us up at the train station. There's not too much within walking distance. We splurged for the delux room with private onsen. It was fun to have a suite with classic Japanese flair ... bamboo floor mats, sliding panel paper doors, etc. Nice view of the lake.

Amazing staff, great location for a secluded stay to clear your head. I recommend taking in the lake view from the onsen to catch a sunset or sunrise. Peaceful place. Thanks again!

Great place to stay for a ryokan and onsen experience. Staff are friendly and helpful. The views from the onsens are beautiful. The view with the lake and the mountains in the background is absolutely breathtaking. I highly recommend and would stay again.

最高 Beautiful hotel right on the lake, easy to get to, staff were very attentive and curteous, and the private onsen room was spectacular. It was authentic and pristine. Very much enjoyed :)
