Entrada do local suja e mau indicada. Acesso aos quartos por uma escada estreita e íngreme. Café da manhã não foi fornecido como informado na reserva. Quarto com conforto razoável. A localização é boa na área de Trastevere. Não recomendo.

Camera pulita con bagni incluso, bar e ristoranti nelle vicinanze, locale sottostante alla stanza un po’ rumoroso fino alle 2:00 di notte ma sopportabile, personale gentilissimo anche se lo abbiamo sentito solo per via telefonica.

Hotel atendeu todas as expectativas. 30min. De caminhada ate o Vaticano.
Obs: Quem fica em trastevere tem que entender que um bairro boêmio e vai ter barulho, mas nada que incomoda tanto

Reservé este hotel pensando en la comodidad que ofrecían el desayuno gratuito y en no tener que salir a buscarlo fuera , cuando llegué me llevé la sorpresa que no dan el desayuno y que supuestamente de dos años que no lo dan . Por lo demás posición cómoda , aunque muy ruidosa .

とても良い converient location, but very noisy because all bars and restaurants are open until 2am. no clean service for our 3 nights stay.

少しがっかり YOUR WEB SITE HAD WRONG CHECK IN TIME!!! So I took an early flight to get there before 11.00 as this was the latest check in time. Also I wanted a hotel room not a B & B

Trastevere is great place to stay as it is where you find the night life and great restaurants. My only issue was the service from the room. It wasn’t cleaned once in 3 days. We had to ask for towels the toilet seat was broken. I left a message and it was ignored. The staff that made breakfast were polite and nice. It wasn’t there fault that the owner didn’t care.
