RESI STAY JISCO HOTEL KYOTO GOSHONISHI was a wonderful find for our stay in Kyoto. The location is fantastic — just a short walk from the Kyoto Imperial Palace and only about 5 minutes from Marutamachi Station, making it incredibly easy to explore the whole city. The rooms were spotless and thoughtfully designed, and the Simmons bed with the in-room foot massager was such a nice touch after a long day of sightseeing. A wonderful, comfortable stay — highly recommend for anyone wanting an authentic, peaceful home base in Kyoto.

The check-in process was very clunky, and I was disappointed to find no staff present at the destination upon arrival. Furthermore, the walls on the first floor were very thin, making it impossible to sleep due to a group of people talking loudly in the hall area. On June 24 at 10:30 PM, I sent an email regarding this noise issue. When I followed up by calling the provided number, I was informed that there is no one on-site to address such situations.

Staff was so friendly and warm!! Was quiet at night and room was good sized. Clean and would recommend.

Je suis arrivée le dimanche après midi avec ma fille . L' hôtel était fermé, personne à la réception ,il pleuvait , nous sommes restées dehors ,nous avons dû téléphoner plusieurs fois pour nous ouvrir afin de nous donner un code pour obtenir notre clé, Il a fallu en premier lieu remplir un formulaire et envoyer une photocopie de notre passeport via notre téléphone avant de pouvoir obtenir le code et avoir notre clé, cela a pris du temps je suis une personne âgée , j'étais fatiguée, je peux dire que j'étais frustrée. Durant le séjour de 5 jours, dans la journée personne à la réception pour nous donner des infos ...

Near the subway station and coffee shops. Nice location right next to the imperial palace. Smaller sized rooms and bathroom. Basic bathroom accessories but there wasn’t much more in the way of amenities. Full kitchen, but it didn’t seem we could use it and no on site breakfast. It was nice but not overwhelmingly so.

clean and very easy to check in. shuttle service is convenient. Side note: reception desk is not inside Kyoto Station - it's located across the street. rooms are small!

Nice size room, good location

The room was spotless. Well apointed and easy to check in and check out.

The shared kitchen is good for making simple and healthy meal

Very clean and quiet. Very comfy beds!
