A relatively central location close to the coastline. It’s on the Main Street so mornings can be noisy but as to be expected in a big town. Staff were nice.

Yes. My check-in at 5am on Sunday January 25 went very well.
All staff were helpful.
It would have been helpful to have an electric kettle, a mug and tea and coffee in the rooms so that one does not have to go to the kitchen at night.
Randi, the young lady at the desk was very helpful, specially as i dont speak Sinalese

Clean and centrally located, with a small but decent breakfast included. The only down side was one of the reception staff members. He was quite indifferent and a bit unhelpful, but the female staff member was very friendly and eager to help.

The hotel offers good value for money with a decent breakfast and room facilities. It's well located and reasonably close to local shops, ATMs and places of interest in Colombo. The staff service was good and I would stay here again.

Booked this place since it was close to my work and on the main city area.
Arrived to see it was a small hotel. The bed and pillows had hair on them. The room and walls were dirty. They cleaned the bed after my complaint. There was only a stool to sit and work. No chair. The dustbin and the walls were so dirty. The breakfast was very minimal with some bread and fruits. I just had a coffee and left. I was very disappointed.

Maintenance is poor, lift is tentative and not cleaned.
