Son & Friend stayed after concert at A field, nice to have a twin room with two proper beds! All was good with a proper well cooked breakfast. Location was central and convenient for exploring the delights of Liverpool. Pre-booked parking in nearby Q-Parking.

Breakfast was very good, staff not always at reception and location whilst brilliant for closeness to tourist spots was extremely noisy in the early hours of each day due to being in a main road - light sleepers might want to stay elsewhere

We thought it was a continental breakfast, but we were also given a Full English option. Room was perfect. It was clean with an excellent bathroom size. The shower had low pressure, but still did the job.

Great hotel, ideal location for city centre, clean rooms and bathroom We had breakfast included, not the best service or food, had to wait a while before we even got noticed let alone ordered and received our food But apart from that lovely place

Nice looking hotel and decent price including breakfast. Odd smell of dodgy pipes, breakfast seemed a bit shambolic but the actual breakfast was lovely. Mattress is not good, slim, felt the springs but overall you get a decent price compared to other hotels but you take the hit a bit on overall experience. Would I go back? Unlikely but only because I’d pay more and get a better mattress. But decent option for a cheaper hotel if that’s important

Nice clean spacious room, very nice helpful staff. The only downside of our stay was that the chef had not turned in to do the cooking of the breakfasts and there was a very long wait to receive the breakfast which made everything a rush to be out for 11am ( if they would have given a bit more time to vacate the room all would have been fine, but the wait for breakfast to be served was 50 mins, then had to eat and get back up to room to empty & be out for 11am)

Excellent Service, staff very friendly and welcoming. Central to all amenities.

When we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff and given our room number for the duration of our stay, our room was lovely and clean, our bed was comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, the food was freshly cooked and the choice was very good, if we came back to Liverpool we would stay here again.

Really good breakfast, good selection at bar, staff very good and helpful.
