A fantastic hotel with truly wonderful staff that go above and beyond in being welcoming and helpful. The hotel, the accommodations and the staff just really brought Cork to life for us. One of the highlights of our trip to Ireland was staying here. Great views of the city and the river. walking distance to anything. Breakfast was amazing as was the outside bar.

Great hotel, staff are fantastic, food was brilliant and the property excellent. Would definitely recommend and look to stay again when we return to Cork. Loved the room and quirky building. Decor is stylish and comfortable.

Great Hotel, close enough to walk to several area attractions, pubs, and food locations. Clean, and beautiful gardens on the property.

Location was great for us. The view from the terrace lounge was stunning. We experienced a newly remodeled suite which were lovely. One comment is there was not enough counter space or hooks in the bathroom. We enjoyed our visit!

Lovely staff and great location and views of Cork. Room was decent but a bit dated and tired around the edges. Wait service in the restaurant was often somewhat slow. Otherwise a great stay.

When we arrived, the hotel had no record of our booking. We booked on the day, but for 270 euros for a room, it was disappointing to arrive to no room and to the confusion. Jess at reception handled it very well and was very helpful. She organised a different room, an apartment, which was pretty basic and was missing the hotel room feel. She was very apologetic and offered us complimentay drinks (2). The bar staff were lovely, but we had to wait about 20 minutes to be served.
