Our stay couldn’t have been better! The location was perfect for exploring the historic center, with easy access to all major sights. The room and bathroom were spotless. Daniele, the owner, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. When our car was unexpectedly towed, he didn’t hesitate to take us to the location, free of charge. His kindness didn’t stop there—he also helped us communicate with the towing company since we don’t speak Italian, making a stressful situation much easier. Thanks to Daniele’s exceptional hospitality, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting.

An extension to the towns overall friendliness .. this is a real value for money stay .. would have loved to stay on longer Grazie tanto Orvieto Rolando d'Oz

Delightful property in a central location, with a lovely roof terrace, which is perfect for enjoying sundowners relaxing at the end of the day. The property has two kitchen areas and it would have been great to eat on on a couple of the evenings, something we had planned to do as we had been travelling for a few weeks and felt like some home cooked food. However, when we asked about pots and pans we were advised that the kitchens are not allowed to be used. It would have been good to know this in advance as it would have effected our choice of property. Unfortunately the rooms are not serviced during the stay, although a washing machine is available if you want to freshen up your towels. The nearest carpark was about 10mins walk from the property.

Great location and pleasant accommodation. There is a lovely rooftop terrace with good views. Unfortunately despite there being two kitchen there are no pans to prepare food in as this is not allowed and it would have been lovely to stay in one night and dine on the terrace. Towels were not refreshed.

Perfect location, host was helpful and welcoming. Drinks on the terrazzo in the evenings was special.

Wonderful hosts who were so helpful. Place was comfy and cozy and super clean!

The room was nice and big. Very clean and warm with it being winter. The terrace on the roof was lovely. The only thing was the bathroom was outside the room down the hall but still our private bathroom. The location is excellent. Would recommend it to anyone. Even the parking was close and only 1€ for a 24 hour period. No breakfast though.

Location and condition of the room were great. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop space for our al fresco dinner. The restaurant Duca di Orvieto is a few steps away and definitely worth a stop! The only disappointment was that we used the owner's parking space and when departing they kept the pass card and we could not freely exit.
