とても良い 中に入って館内の様子に驚くくらいすごいホテルでした。生まれて初めてこんなにすごいホテルに泊まった気がします。露天風呂も貸切で最高です！
従業員の方もお部屋への荷物の持ち運び等色々気遣いも良かったのですが…
ただ一点、宿泊初日にかなり体調が悪く楽しみにしていたコース料理ををほとんど食べられず途中で退席し、フロントで胃薬をいただいて部屋で寝込んでいました。朝食時には回復しておいしくいただけたのですがその時にも精算時にも誰にも心配の声かけをしてもらえなかったのがとても残念でした。一流ホテルなら夕食をパスするほどの体調不良を心配していただけると思っていました。

最高 We had a wonderful time staying at the hotel. Hotel provided excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner, free welcome drink. The hot bath was wonderful with views of the river and forest. The room was beautifully decorated. We will definitely want to come back again next year!

It is a Very elegant hotel located in a valley with a creek passing. They provide a variety local meal. The lobby and lounge + library are impressive. A good place for a break from metropolitan busy life.

If you're looking for an onsen experience this is the place! We were welcomed as we drove up the windy mountain road to the hotel. The check in experience was calm and efficient. Dinner, breakfast and private bath times chosen. The baths are wonderfull, overlooking the river and with views down the forested valley. Dinner and breakfast were amazing, although our kids sadly didn't feel adventurous enough. It was a truly magical experience on our first trip to Japan.

Beautiful hotel lobby and very friendly staff. Location can be a challenge to get to if the roads are snowy. 4WD / snow tire or chains a must in winter.
