東横 INN 山手線大塚駅北口 2 (Toyoko Inn Tokyo Yamanote Line Otsuka Station Kita 2)

Although the location is very convient for travellers, the room cleanness is OK and the stuff are acting professionally, I have two nagative comments on this Hotel: 1. the hotel's breakfast is not suitable for foreigners as it has very, very limit choice and every day is same - the main food is ONLY ony type: riceballs with Japaness soups! 2. it is understanable they are restrict for check-in at 3pm, however, they don't allow travellers to store luggages there if they arrive early. This is a really bad, unfriendly and unreasonable policy, compared to many other hotels.

Staff are so helpful!

Room was relatively spacious compared to the rest. It was also clean and had great wifi.

Room was too hot and too noisy when window opened. Central heating system there is no adjustment from the room

Staff were all very helpful and understanding.

The hotel is very close to JR station, lots of restaurants and a shopping mall nearby.

It is a convenient place to stay in, staff are superb, love their good and positive attitude

It was very easy to get here by subway and the hotel staff were very friendly. Location was alright but may have been a red light distract? The building itself is quite outdated and the walls are very thin. The doors especially are very loud so you can hear your neighbours opening/closing their doors and talking across the hallway. The beds were also quite uncomfortable (you can feel the springs). It was quite hard to get a decent nights sleep so I wouldn’t stay here again.

Nice place to stay a couple of nights, the rooms are nice but small. But for the price is a good option.
