Courteous staff. Location trendy with walkable good restaurants and connected to a mall. Fixtures are old, no hot water, few shower tiles unglued. Terrace was used as storages. Visible crawling pest. Very disappointed as it was advertised as 5 star accommodation.

Friendly staff. Clean room. I had an early check in at an empty unit. The early check was charged seriously.
Unit has super fast internet, Netflix, smart tv. Even a washing machine.

Overall it’s a good experience. I enjoyed the fact the property was close to everything including the easy access to the mall. I wish the front desk staff was a little more friendly with inquires.

Property is fine if not super except the check-in procedure is lacking. It took us awhile to check in due to poor collaboration between the residents teller and the max pavilion teller.

良い Max residences need to do more work in communicating that it was a unit owner and not the owner of the development. I spent a lot of valuable time just to find where can find the property and to find how I ca check in.
