Excellent room condition, complete amenities, and incredibly friendly staff made for a completely hassle-free stay.

Fast response from the staff. Clean room. The only thing lacking was the breakfast included with the room. Otherwise great location.

Clean room and great staff

Great place, everything was in order.

All good!

All good. Breakfast is hood. Staff friendly.

Room cleaned every day , staff were very helpful and washing machines were available to use

This hotel is close to everything in the heart of Tokyo.

Right in the heart of all luxury stores. But room for 2 is very small. Five steps in is the bathroom and 5 more steps is your bed. Not worth $200 a night

The hotel is right in the center of Ginza neighborhood and within walking distance of all the best flagship shops. I enjoyed staying here very much and the staff here is super friendly and kind. They helped me with keeping items that I left behind the hotel and was extremely professional. My room was small but it had everything I needed for a 3 days stay here in Tokyo. Very clean and amazing value hotel for me! The air conditioning worked perfectly to warm me up in the winter time. I highly recommend anyone to check in at this hotel!
