Absolutely LOVED our stay. Everything was perfect. We even got upgraded! Room was lovely and clean with a pretty view from the 1st floor (2nd floor in North America). Location was excellent.
Our favourite staff was Benedict at the front desk- she was so lovely and friendly. She was a joy to see at the reception.
Our other favourite staff was Sammy at the restaurant who was attentive and also hilarious. Our “4 course” dinner was divine. Spoiler alert: you get more than 4 courses.
On market day, don’t plan on moving your car. We took a detour that google set for us and it was stressful. The WiFi isn’t fast, but it wasn’t really an issue for us. I would definitely stay here again. I didn’t want to leave.

Corner room in Mill with water view (#4) with A/C and cross ventilation highly recommended.
Bed, however, is very lumpy and mattress should be replaced.
Good continental or a la carte breakfasts. Excellent lunch in their bistro ‘Au fils du temps’. Order pistachio cream profiterole if available!

A beautiful hotel with excellent, friendly staff. The area is stunning and the position of the hotel is glorious! Lovely comfy bedrooms - would love to stay again!

A lovely place to stay with a superb dining experience. We had room 7 overlooking the river. Amazing view. Kind staff and good facilities.
