The staffs are welcoming. The room is clean and decent. Free water, yogurt and fruits are extra point for this hotel.
However, it is very noisy as in you are able to hear the sound from other rooms (people taking bath and walking/talking at the corridor) and in the morning there will be a special morning call by the staff washing the dishes at ground floor (my room is at 4th floor) and the breakfast ..
