This hotel did the old "bait and switch". You book this hotel, they tell you your room is unavailable, and then they make you walk 15 minutes away to another location. The room was extremely tiny, so was the shower. There was a weird wet/mildew smell the whole time. I would NEVER stay here again.

Walking distance to the central metro station which was a huge highlight. 20 minute walk to all central attractions, meaning that the property was in a more quieter part of the city. Property was clean, and 24hr front staff were present.

This hotel was in the perfect location to get to the Termini quickly. Clean room and bathroom, great breakfast and very friendly receptionist clear that gave excellent tips for navigating the city.

Shower can be a slip hazard, maybe some bath mats/ something to keep the floor dry :)

Very convenient location and friendly staff, but thin walls, outside noise late at night and AC wasn't working correctly. Within walking distance of the metro, very nice location. The bed wasn't too comfortable - it felt like two twins pushed together so there was a depression in the middle. At night my room got above 24C and i mentioned it twice but nobody ever came to check the room. I opened the window at night but there is a restaurant/bar nearby and they were quite noisy until about 3am. . . Even with the window closed and on the 2nd floor (3rd floor for those in the USA), i could still hear them; which made for some warm nights.

Nice hotel in about 10 min walk from the central railway terminal.

Clean and nice

A ten minute walk from termini. The staff was so kind and helpful. The room is slightly outdated. There is a restaurant around the corner that likes to stay up late and I could hear them from the room.
