Really enjoyed stay, good location, personalised yummy breakfast each morning, good coffee, lots of bikes available ale to borrow, pool was open all the time which kids loved.

The hotel did their best to offer a good experience. But I have a mold allergy and this is for anybody who is sensitive. Their air conditioners empty out into the bathroom, so there is constant humidity in an already humid environment. For those who are sensitive, I would be cautious. The place is so cute, quaint and truly a beautiful experience. This is only for people who are very sensitive to mold or have CIRS.

Our stay at the KA Villa was excellent ❣️ The rooms are well equipped, clean and very comfortable. Fabulous AC and fans which are essential. The rooms were cleaned every day, washing taken and returned the same day at no extra cost. The breakfast menu was exceptional and you had many choices- European, Vietnamese etc. The best part were the staff ! Always smiling and always there to assist your needs. We will miss them. We stayed at KA Villas for two weeks and felt totally at home. There hospitality and kindness we haven’t experienced anywhere else in our travels. The location is fantastic close to the beach restaurants bars and local shops were you again will meet the locals who are very friendly people ❤️

Very nice hotel. Breakfast was à la cart. I paid for two people, but still only got one item to choose from. A bit noisy from the construction and people.Make sure you make it to the subdivision to the north. there you will find it a lot more lively. More places to eat and hang out as well as an actual beach. Need to cross the road to get to the water, unfortunately there is not much of a beach there at the moment where the hotel is. They cleaned the laundry for you for free if you’re looking for an oasis to write a book go for it. Also keep note that it takes a little bit of time for the room to cool down. But it’s nice to have windows to the courtyard of the hotel on one side to the pool on the other side.

Decent, clean rooms in a quiet neighborhood but still super convenient for access to the beaches and A Bang area where there’s more options for bars, restaurants, and ATM. Quick 10mins car/scooter ride to the Old Quarters for shopping. Only minor issue I had was trying to arrange for a car shuttle to pick me up from the airport but they never replied to me after providing the pricing and even though I followed up with them twice closer to my booking date. Not sure if they actively check on here…? That said, it was an easy fix to book a Grab instead. Building is older so hot water ran out quickly for showers and there was one night where the breaker on my floor went out twice in one evening but no problems with electricity after that. Complimentary breakfast service was great and had solid options to pick from and I also liked that laundry was included!

Amazing friendly staff and beautiful hotel area

Everything is simply perfect! The entire staff consists of very lovely and helpful people. The massage is absolutely magnificent! The breakfasts are delicious. The room is equipped with absolutely everything you need. Nearby, there are many excellent restaurants serving delicious food, as well as bars. There are several beaches close by—just a five-minute walk away. The entire surrounding area is very safe.

We had a fantastic stay at KA Villa! Great option for borrowing bikes and cycling up and down the coast or getting a cab into Hoi Ann. Located a short walk from the beach and close to lots of places to eat. Down time always an option with a dip in the shaded pool. Staff were lovely and the breakfasts were great. Laundry on hand. Nice rooms and the whole place had a homely feel.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Definitely recommend. Quiet location across the street from Secret Beach and not far from Ancient Town. The staff is so helpful and provides a wonderful breakfast, free bikes and laundry. Very nice pool and beautiful property. You will not regret staying at KA Villas.
