Everything was great; the staff, the place and the location was superb. My only thing and I don’t know if it can be fixed is that the bathroom sometimes will have a tiny musky smell. I hate musky smells and maybe that’s why I am super sensitive to it. But, the entire place was very clean and my towels were changed daily. I will definitely go back and stay.

Very nice room, excellent breakfast. The air conditioning didn’t work in the first room, so they offered to upgrade us to another (better) room!

Great location, great breakfast ( only wished they would start serving the breakfast at 7 am), great staff, very clean, my only complaint is that wifi was sometimes too slow.

Loved the location of this hotel! It was so easy walking around the main parts of Lisbon. Highly recommend!!

A little noisy at night. Breakfast not until 8 but many tours start at 7,30 or 8. However, we found out they would make a picknic breakfast if asked. Location is great. Walkable to everything.

最高 Located in easy walking distance to the historic centre. Staff were wonderful and supportive when my wife became unwell (through no fault of the hotel)
