Very clean and the stuff very helpful, in the description they advertise for laundry center, but there is none. Otherwise, perfect size rooms, convenient parking. The hotel is somehow old style but in very good condition and very clean.Strongly recommend.

Nice Hotel great value and close the Fuji station, a bit far from popular locations, other than that definitely recommend.

The hotel is well run and clean. The staff was kind and attentive. It’s a little different to leave a physical key with the front desk. Most hotels provide a key card. The only thing that was not very good was that many of the stores or restaurants were closed. Not many dining options.

The room was spacious & breakfast was huge with great personal service. But their restaurant is very small & we couldn’t get a seating for dinner. So we went down the street to a 3 table hole in the wall noodle shop - genuine Japan. The next day after visiting the Mt Fuji World Heritage Center we found a small cafe near the train station for coffee & icecream.
