We were disappointed with our stay. The room was not cleaned properly when we arrived—we found hair in the bathroom, which was not a great first impression. Housekeeping was another issue. The rooms were not serviced unless we specifically requested it, and even after asking, no one came until we had to go back to the front desk again around 6:00 p.m. We clearly told the hotel there were five people staying in the room, yet we were only provided enough towels and amenities for two people. The rooms also feel dated and could use significant upgrades and better maintenance. Overall, the service and cleanliness did not meet our expectations, and we expected a much better experience for the price.

Beautiful hotel and property. Super convenient boat launch. Beach was very nice and clean. The splash n play was alot of fun, even hubby went on it. The pool was the best way to end the day. We will definitely be back!

High priced for an old dumpy hotel. Charging resort prices for a less than average place. Living on it's location, that is all it has going for it. Extremely rude staff, just a bad place to stay, Never go back.

My only complaint was the breakfast buffet was overpriced. Everything else, the pool, room, restaurant and beach view and staff were excellent. Pet and kid friendly!

En mi experiencia se me hizo muy carro lo que cobran por noche con unas habitaciones en tan mal estado a mi me todo el edificio C y era muy viejo sucio ,telaraña en las paredes cafetera llena de polvo hasta por dentro la alfombra súper sucia un televisor no funciona no hay teléfono en los cuarto para llamar a la recepción y nunca me dieron servicio de limpieza en la habitación y me estuve quedando 3 noches el aria de la playita no tiene nada de sombrillas ni cillas tienen que llevarlo todo solo tiene un restaurante bar para más opciones tienes que ir al pueblo el parque inflable se paga aparte lo único positivo que vi fue el río que es algo natural y estaba bien el aria de la piscina está bien y está abierta hasta las 11 de la noche no la pasé mal pero para mí no es un lugar que volvería a ir por ese precio esperaba unas habitaciones de mejor calidad
