The hotel was good and sound proofed well which is important because it's a noisy area of the city. Shower needed some maintenance since the shower head kept sliding down the pole it's on and wouldn't stay elevated resulting in needing to bend down otherwise water would only hit your chest. Asked for a taxi to be booked for us for an early morning ride to the airport and it didn't appear to have been done as asked until we went down and requested it in the morning. We ended up leaving later than planned which added some stress to our day and we were charged substantially more for the taxi than we were quoted by the hotel as a fixed price. Air conditioning worked well which was important for the summer heat and it is located close to major tourist attractions.

This place was located perfectly near so many different restaurants, pubs, and shops all within walking distance. The staff was very friendly, helped with the laundry service, room was spacious and tidy, the air conditioning was a life saver, and the bathroom had a great large shower stall. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing hotel, the street appeal is a little disappointing and the panoramic view was very disappointing. But the hotel is clean and comfortable, i loved the styling and the decor. The shower was a tad on the small size and the bathroom looked tired. But still clean and very much usable.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is located in a very lively area, so we appreciated the double-glazing, the air con, and the fact that when appropriate the windows do open! The building is rather historic and the furnishings give character to the atmosphere

Short walk to Taksim Square and Iskital Street. Fairly priced restaurants and pubs located close by as well. Hotel is located amongst several night clubs so streets get busy after 10pm and very loud. Soundproofing was evident in 1st floor room however it is not perfect. We felt safe walking to Iskital Street both day and night however following the street the other direction was questionable later in the evening and not recommended.

Downside: The room was a little bit small , Outside noise is very offensive midnight

Wonderful stay in excellent location. The staff were very friendly and informative. They warned me of impending road closures so as to be aware to plan for transportation to the airport. Highly recommend this hotel for the lovely accommodations and friendly staff.

It's close to EVERYTHING. Saturday evenings might be a little rough because the music outside was very loud.
