We arrived at the Hotel, showed our booking reservation details to the receptionist. She said that the hotel was full and we could not stay there. She took us to the Laxman hotel next door. It was of lesser quality than the one we booked. Also no breakfast provided which we had paid for. We only stayed for one night. The room, especially the bathroom was dirty. Our friends room had dirty bed linen and he had to ask for it to be changed. When we got up early next morning, there was no running water to wash or shower. We had paid for two nights and two rooms, but we could not face staying another night there. We checked out early, and was then offered a room at the original hotel. We declined this offer.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. No air conditioning, no hot water, lift not or never will be working, no breakfast which was included, filthy dirty, had to ask for second towel only one in room and two of us and dirt coming out of taps
