We stayed here for two nights and found the property to be clean, quiet, and conveniently located. The directions were perfect and check in was clear and easy. I found the room to be clean and comfortable with good places to put bags and clothes after a day in the city, and the bathroom had plenty of space for my toiletries. I did not see any sign of pests in the bed or anywhere else, and I actually slept better on this bed than I have in any hotel in a long time. The shower and the tub were great after long days walking around and the tub in particular was great for kids. I really liked that the shower, while doorless, did not spray water all over the bathroom like they often do. I was able to put our clothes on the window ledge next to the shower and they were dry after using the shower. That's a small positive thing but man it is annoying in hotels in Europe! I would definitely stay here agin.

The property is in a great location for exploring Rome on foot. Communication with the owners was good, but the property is run-down and in need of renovation. The lighting in the bedroom is very poor, and there are none of the cushions, throws, etc. shown in the photos used to advertise the property. The shower is in particularly poor condition; the head does not stay in place, and the runners are dirty. Also, the plug in the sink does not work. Overall, the property was very disappointing and does not merit the score of 9.5 from 95 reviews. Please think carefully before booking this property.

Very disappointing compared to the photos.

The location is perfect, everything is walkable. The room is spacious enough for one, a little dark due to very small window. The host is welcoming and helps with everything you need, including a WhatsApp message prior to arrival with video on how to locate and open doors to the property

Great place to stay in Rome! The staff are super friendly and we felt very safe and secure in the accommodations. The location is perfect for touring around as it walking distance to all the hot spots. Would definitely recommend.

The location of this B&B was great and the superior double room was comfortable. Communication with the host was also good. The only thing that needs improvement is the bathroom, it needed some deep cleaning, did not feel comfortable stepping into the shower.
