For the price the room was very small, and the bathroom does not have much privacy because of the sliding door. You have to pay for valet parking separately as well. I’d say it is an okay place to stay. Staff was very helpful and nice

We had a reservation at another hotel, and were extremely dissatisfied and luckily were able to get a full refund upon check in. We got super lucky that this hotel had one room left, to accommodate our last second change on a Friday evening. Nothing disappointing about this place, friendly staff, perfect location for DT Portland night life, and Valet services made it an easy stay and go as needed. So happy the outcome turned out so well, and we will keep this hotel on our future stays when in Portland.

Location is good. Room and bed were comfortable. Shower is great but needs grab bar!! There is no black tea available- please have some in the lobby and not keurig - tea bags please! Lobby perfume smell is overpowering!! Microwave in the lobby was dirty. Do not like your food area- would rather have breakfast buffet

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We checked pretty late, and needed to grab a bite before turning in for the night. The staff gave us great suggestions and made sure the places were still open before we headed out. The rooms were clean and simple, had all we needed. However, the AC wasn't working. So no matter how low we turned it down, the room was just way too warm. I hardly slept the entire night because of how hot it was. My friend in another room said the same thing about their room. So I'm not sure if it's a coincidence, or the entire AC system doesn't work there. But I hope they fix that.
