The room smelled musty. The equipment was malfunctioning. I only stayed there for 5 minutes and decided not to stay any longer, even though I had paid for two days. It was a terrible experience!

少しがっかり Nothing is good in that hotel. 2nd night we came around 11: 20 and gate was closed. Code did not worked and i called 24 helpline. Got message to wait outside all night or stay another place with 2 small kids. Strongly not recommended

The reception staff was lovely but the room was not ready at 9pm.. The room i got was in terrible condition. The sockets were uncovered, as was the smoke detector in the ceiling, im not even sure it worked.
It was extremely noisy early in the morning, with doors slamming constantly from 6am. At 6:30am housekeeping tried to enter my room to clean... It was very cheap but i did not get adequate rest, definitely won't stay again.

Avoid if you can, the room was not booked was not given, we were given a different room, with run down interior in a dark hall. When I talked to front desk staff he talked nice but said he had no other room. He said he will try to switch us the day after but there was zero attempt to do so or even communicate about. As a frequent traveller I won't go back or suggest do to my negative experience. There is low will even to maintain the pace up to standards

Elbinsel is a small hotel in which is convenient for the ferry into Hamburg city. The area is quiet.

Very little of the facilities were functioning; no restaurant & no breakfast.
The walls are quite thin and the neighbouring families were noisy, up until about 1am.
The room was hot due to the hot weather, but no one on reception to ask for a fan.
I wouldn’t recommend it as it was more like a hostel and didn’t set me up well for my meetings in Hamburg.

It was fine, but I don't think I have ever seen anyone so uninterested in their guests. Not really unfriendly, just not interested.
