The staff great , gave me topper cause bed was hard. Sam very helpful , bathroom very small but rest all good

1. Housekeeping needs improvement. There were stains on the towels and bed sheets when I checked in. 2. Some staff members were friendly and helpful, but others made me feel unwelcome and seemed unwilling to assist. 3. It was difficult to get fresh towels or clean sheets after 5 PM, and staff appeared to have a problem with simple requests. 4. The microwave in the room did not work. 5. The room door did not lock properly, which is a serious safety concern since anyone could potentially enter. 6. Guests are charged 200 baht for stains on towels or bed sheets, . 7. The shower water temperature was inconsistent, switching between warm and cold. 8. The shower and toilet area are not separated, so after taking a shower, the entire bathroom floor becomes wet.

I would definitely stay at Ploen Place again. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They speak good English and were a fun group to be around. I really helps a first time traveler to Thailand feel more comfortable. Rooms were nice, laundry was very helpful as changes of cloths will definitely be helpful during the hot season. Great location that is off the main strip but close enough to everything you need. Love this place!

Great little gem great clean hotel and great staff friendly and helpful.

Staff very helpful and polite, very clean and spacious room, water and fresh towels every day.

Budget lodging for locals, no pool or breakfast. I usually stay nearby but my regular place was twice the price. Older place, big room and bed, daily cleaning. Lousy shower with low pressure. Has microwave, refrigerator and tea kettle in room. Outside food and the beach a shore five minute walk away. Not recommended for foreign tourists.

Great quite little gem of a place clean and near beach staying here for few years great front desk staff and the room maids are wonderful and the front desk staff always with big smile.
