Sequioa Hotel, is indeed an amazing place to stay. Convenient location, specifically to the airport. Staff, has been very accomodating, cheerful and professional.

I was only there for one day and it was late at night. I cannot give my review fully. I avail the breakfast buffet, but was expecting the same as my last visit. the menu changed. I liked the choices before, now it's less

I recently stayed at Sequoia Hotel Manila Bay and had a disappointing experience. Upon arrival, my luggage was dropped off by my driver, but despite several staff members being present at the reception, no one offered assistance. I had to ask for help myself. I was also surprised to learn that the incidental deposit would take a month to return to my card, which is not something I've encountered as a frequent traveler. The breakfast options were quite limited, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel based on my experience. Additionally, my boyfriend, who arrived later, requested facial tissue from the front desk but received bathroom tissue instead, which was not what he needed. Lastly, when he asked for a key, he was escorted to our room by a bellman, as if his name was not on the guest list. Overall, the service and amenities fell short of expectations.

Staffs are very friendly and always ready to help with anything. The most i like bapu this property is the area where its located, its very quite area, no traffic noise and avle to sleep peacefully in the night.
