We cannot say enough great things about this property. The staff is without doubt the best we have ever experienced. Everyone was kind, attentive, engaged.. the list goes on and on. The property itself is immaculate! Beautifully maintained and in a great location. The complimentary breakfast at the 2 restaurants was superb! (That added to the value of this amazing place!) We loved the yoga class in the morning. And the facial at the spa was 100% relaxing. If you are looking to unplug, relax and be treated like royalty, this is your place.

Such a beautiful hotel! Stayed on the beach with the private pool and it was amazing! The private sunbed was incredible too! The pools were beautiful and perfect location. Absolutely coming back!

Wonderful small resort.

Our stay at The Beach Tulum was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcomed with their kindness, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality. Every restaurant on the property served amazing food with great variety and quality. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The views were absolutely breathtaking. Easily one of the best travel experiences we’ve ever had, and we cannot wait to come back.

Hands down, the best place to stay in Tulum!!! Amazing staff, great food, well maintained and clean. Will be back!

It’s a unique place. Quiet and friendly.

Great location, phenomenal staff, and great food.

I can’t recommend this place highly enough! The most beautiful rooms and amazing service and delicious food. It was quiet season when we were there and I think during busier times it is still not a party scene. But if you are looking for a gorgeous place right on the beach as a couple to relax, this is it! Loved loved loved it! Use the cold plunge and sauna and steam room. The massages were outstanding as well. And if your room has a rooftop deck USE IT!

Excellent in every way. Service and staff were helpful without being intrusive. The hotel itself was gorgeous l and a nice sleepy quiet escape from the bustle of tulum. Spa and gym were fantastic. The beachfront room and patio with a hammock were otherworldly. We will be back!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. They anticipate needs well, such as providing flip flops and beach bags in the rooms, along with other thoughtful touches like bug repellant and tooth brushes. Staff are attentive and helpful. I enjoyed the various food options on site, which I was not expecting, given the small size of this property. If you find a vacancy, look no further. Fabulous.
