I didn’t like that I couldn’t get access to some things I needed like extra toilet paper I try inputting my code to the door and it was denied

Need toaster in kitchen , washroom should have door lock for privacy

clean room, no shampoo. the kitchen is good, parking is good

Good place to stay if you don’t want laundry facilities!

Great property in a suburb of Reykjavik which worked for us . Lots of parking . Stunning apartment. Only complaint was it still smell from prior cooking . We wanted to split the bed into two twins so had access to extra linen in downstairs storage room .

We've never seen or contacted with the staff, but that's okay, the check-in and check-out process was smooth. The pin code for door was activated at 3pm, not able to get in earlier if you try. The kitchen is very small, we booked with kitchen just in case, we ended up not cooking anything, but it looks like it should function if someone wants to do a light cooking.

Convenience

The bed in the main bedroom broke during the stay. The property didn't replace it for 2 nights, so we asked for some sort of credit since we were sleeping on a mattress on the floor, but a response is still pending.
