Do not stay at this hotel! Especially if you are a foreigner. The staff is very much incompetent and will lie to avoid accountability of their wrong doing. My stay was for a week and the one time I requested housekeeping my personal items were thrown away. No sense of urgency to help me and no consideration in trying to make it right. Save yourself the headache and book at one of the other countless hotels in the area.

I received around midnight after my flight was cancelled.
The hotel confirmed my booking but after my expensive taxi ride there they said they cancelled the booking because they are full.
Staff was helpful and. Get me to very unmaintaibed hotel on the opposite side of the street for the sam as

209호 트윈베드룸 이용했는데 금연객실임에도 담배냄새가 조금 났습니다. 다른 사항은 모두 편하게 잘 이용했습니다.

最高 This hotel is fairly new building , there are lots of restaurants but there are lots of clubs so maybe bit noisy at night. But it was fit for my purpose of stay for early morning flight. About 20 min driving to Incheon airport.
