Friendly staff, free parking, and convenient to shopping malls.
No hot water in the shower area. Good for overnight stay. Would stay again in the future .

Check in day was good. Staffs are accomodating. Room was clean and somehow fresh. Staffs at dining area were not at all friendly , kid friendly to be exact. Seems like they are lazy serving breakfast. Overall experience is good and i would still love to stay at sugbutel on my next trip to cebu.

とても良い I imagine that detention centres would, or should, be run like Sugbutel so called Family Hotel. Extremely orderly with lukewarm service personnel. Still, it was a relief for me to be able to sleep in a noise free, clean place. The only thing this place lacked was atmosphere. There is no apparent communal area, so there’s no social aspect to the place unless you’re there with family or friends. Annoyingly too, the WiFi access switches off for any and every reason. You moved. You paused. So you have to keep logging in. It’s close to a big mall, SM mall is a 5 minute walk away. And the hotel is a short taxi ride from many places of interest.
