Super cool hotel with hostal vibes, bar, food, live music, and diferent activities through the week. Also you can coordinate activities from the hotel. My favorite thing was the vibe and the spa

Great property and plenty of places to relax. The tree house was a lovely addition and it was nice having the hanging chairs around the property. I had a massage onsite and that was lovely. Food and drinks at the bar were great. Friendly staff.

Lamentablemente, mi experiencia en este lugar fue muy decepcionante. Durante mi estancia, la música de la mini discoteca o centro de eventos en las instalaciones se mantuvo a un volumen extremadamente alto desde aproximadamente las 10:00 p.m. hasta las 2:00 a.m., acompañada de personas gritando y haciendo ruido en los alrededores durante gran parte de la noche. Lo más preocupante es que parecín estar al tanto de la situación y no se tomó medidas efectivas para garantizar el descanso de sus huéspedes. En una ciudad como Arequipa, donde muchos visitantes necesitan descansar y aclimatarse a la altura antes de llegar a Cusco, una noche de sueño adecuada no es un lujo, sino una necesidad. Reservé esperando comodidad y descanso, pero fue prácticamente imposible dormir. Si buscan un lugar tranquilo para recuperarse después de las excursiones o para aclimatarse, recomendaría considerar otras opciones.

The staff was very personable and we loved the dance class by pool

I had a great time. I felt very safe as a female solo travller. Kind of wish they had a self service laundry room. The food and Pisco sour in the onsite restaurant was delicious.

The accommodation delivered on everything it promised. The staff was very friendly and all the services worked properly. The only area for improvement would be that the beds could be a bit more comfortable. Overall, a satisfying experience. We will definitely be back on a future visit!

A really nice hotel for the money you spend.

The accomodation is super clean and lovely. Theres a bar, pool and restaurant with loads of options and breakfast. We booked a few tours through the agency here and it was fantastic, super easy and the tours were great. The room was clean and comfortable, can be a bit loud if they have events on in the bar!

The property itself it's nice. Pool and garden, restaurant and yoga deck too. However, there are two massive downsides the rooms have mold that affected my immune system and also the rooms are not soundproof so you can hear anything at anytime. Wouldn't stay there again.
