Not worth saying for such $ amount, room didn’t have even a complimentary water, hotel staff could not even with currency exchange & the area is too remote with no money changer in the vicinity after official Banking hour. It’s mostly for local people but over rated by booking tools

The resort is big including many different types of accommodations as well as a small water park to entertain children. However, we do not recommend you to choose our room, since it is quite out dated and lots of unclean spots. The airway is dusty, the mini fridge is not cold and water inside and the bathroom facilities are quite old. Also, the air conditioner’s engine is outside the room which makes noise all the time.

Wonderful, attentive staff. Good WiFi across property. Amazing breakfast. A/C amazingly cold with dehumidification.

Excellent facility. Has everything you want. Great location to restaurants and the beach.

The hotel was clean and our stay was comfortable. The staff was great. The only thing that was different was the layout of the bed on a platform to accommodate more people if necessary, however the switch controlling the lights was a bit awkward.

The room was dirty. AC was hot and you can not contact the hotel at all. No customer service or help.

The rooms were dirty, ac was broken, and I could not call the hotel. No one answers. No one calls back. Terrible customer service by the managers.

The AC didn't work. The rooms were full with mosquito, and we had to mop the floor before stepping into each rooms.

Lovely stay at this hotel. Staff were fantastic, always had a man available to drive us to our room in his golf car. Nice pool and breakfast available. Room nice and clean with area to sit outside.

It’s an older hotel. Perhaps it has had its 4stars for some time but I’ve stayed at better places. The bed was too firm. Overall a decent stay for one night.
