Super clean and great room - the only thing is that the bathroom smells like sewage and the water does not run hot.

Alessandro was an exceptional host - wonderful and prompt communication. Very clean room, and very very large for Rome !! Great coffee bar and some snacks. Comfortable bed, black out shutters, very quiet and safe - any time of day !! Tons of restaurants and cafes right outside. Was easy to leave our luggage - before and after check in/out. I would highly recommend this place. Good location to many sites, attractions and shopping. Well done. Thank you again Alessandro !!!

The property was in a perfect location, walkable to all the sites of Rome. Great restaurant in the same block. Everything was great!

This was a great place to stay because of its location. It was a 30 minute or less walk to almost all the places we went. It is a small place but very secure and was clean. The bed was comfortable and shower great. The air conditioner also worked well. Bring your own shampoo and conditioner as there were only tiny packets of shampoo there. We didn’t use the coffeemaker as it looks like it needs some descaling, but it probably would have been fine. Alessandro was very communicative over What’sApp and was always very friendly. Overall a great place for our vacation in Rome.

The size was great… and the beds were comfortable. It was clean. The area is pretty quiet with a few cafes restaurants etc. The french cafe was delicious… great cappuccino and croissants etc. The location is about 25 min walk from many of the main attractions, piazzas etc. so you’re likely walking at the beginning and ending of the day… we would go out and not want to take the hour round trip to charge a phone or change… so we just stayed out all day. What could be better… there was no body soap in the shower (should be a minimum requirement for an overnight stay). No heat… we were there in early November… so it was chilly. So you won’t likely “hang out in the room”. It’s a private apt… not a boutique hotel. Simple finishes and experience. Seemed expensive for the experience. I would book closer to the action next time… so if you need/want to charge a phone or change your clothes, it’s not a hike. Getting keys, paying the additional taxes was easy… manager was easy nice to work with.

Clean secure building and room. Centrally located in Rome. Very comfortable beds.

We enjoyed our stay here. Very walkable and safe area.
