La limpieza súper y el personal muy amable

El personal muy cortes, la habitacion e instalaciones en general muy agradables y limpias tambien la piscina. Lo unico deteriorado son las zonas humedas.

Everything in the hotel was kind of terrible, loud music all day, people arrived in a bus and they were swimming with clothes, breakfast was ok, not too many options

The only thing good about the property was the room , pool and nice place but staff terrible and breakfast terrible. Tried charging us more for room when we got there

I was a “The stay itself was comfortable and the location was convenient. However, I was charged double for an extra person, even though I had already paid for that in advance. I tried to resolve it during my stay, but the issue wasn’t corrected. This was disappointing and affected my overall experience.”it was to expensive and I was not happy at all, the excuse they gave me it was the booking apply for the hotel in Bogotá event do that I show the confirmation booking email sent by the hotel

I stayed at this property as a last minute trip - the hotel was beyond my expectations. A bit outdated as it was recently purchased from previous owners but I have no doubt Tequendama Hotels will update every bit of the hotel. I rate hotel 10/10. It was absolutely wonderful.
