1. I lost my nice blue shirt from my room.
2. The first day they didn't allow me to have the full breakfast even though I have paid for it. I had to to go through my paperwork to prove it to them for the next day .

I really liked the location. It was easy to get to Central Park as it was down to the ferry. The hotel was clean and staff were nice. I wished we had the chance to go to the rooftop bar but didn’t realize it was only open during certain days and had a dress code.

Updated and very clean property in a great location. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. An added bonus was free and readily available street parking on the weekend and evenings.

最高 Loved the location, everything was immaculate, and the beds were so comfortable (pillows were amazing!). The shower was nice, roomy, and perfect after a long day. The only thing missing was an in-room fridge, but overall I’d definitely stay here again.
Already reserved rooms here for our next trip.

Love love this Hotel, super nice clean and Love the welcome they have on the front desk area. Its super clean and nice location kind of away of all the cloud and yet closed to everything.

最高 Great location for Chelsea activities. The staff was great. They always had beverages and treats in the lobby. Greeting the guests too.
