Very friendly and helpful staff, clean room, lovely view and a nice pool.

Staff was very helpful and pool was nice and refreshing after a long day at beach or excursion. Location is only 5 min walk from the main street so it’s quiet. Lot’s of restaurants, massages and cafes for coffee or snack.

The smell is the thing that spoiled our stay due to open drainage behind our room which attracted a lot of mosquitoes and cockroaches. Looked a bit tired as well which was a change cos mountain vie was amazing.

Our stay here was great! The staff were super accommodating, we booked a day trip to Phi Phi through them which seemed to be a better rate than any of the street sellers we had looked at. The room and pool was lovely and clean. Our wifi was a little spotty so if you’re here for business consider that. But otherwise, great location and hotel overall!

Spacious and clean rooms. Just far away from the main road that it's quite but still close enough to walk everywhere. Property was well maintained and the pool was very nice. Staff wasn't the most welcoming but were always available to answer questions

Hotel room itself was good but the pool/bar area seemed quite run down. Jan was great getting me to the airport for an early morning flight.

staff is super helpful! Jan especially was super kind :) amazing views and property is really close to everything! totally a tucked away hidden gem for sure!

Recently returned from a 7 night stay at the resort. The bungalow accomodation and pool were closed for refurbishment. We stayed in the main 'C' block with views over the pool and Rockface. Room was spacious and very clean. Shower not very warm unless turned down the water pressure. Pool area clean and tidy with large undercover area to sit at tables. No Restaurant or Breakfast available ? due to the refurbishments... but walking distance to many bars, restaurants and cafes. Jan (the manager) at reception is the kindest most helpful person you could wish for. She appears to work all day everyday and goes out of her way to ensure the needs of the guests are met. The cleaning staff work very hard to maintain excellent standards. Room cleaned daily and bedding changed 3 x during the stay. Overall extremely happy with the Resort.

A lovely hotel with helpful staff. Very clean and the room was cleaned with fresh towels every day. Jan, the lady working on the tourist information desk, was really friendly and helpful. Good location as it still feels near to everything but it’s far enough away to be nice and quiet. The pool area is nice however there aren’t enough sun beds and they’re also very uncomfortable. Also the rooms have doors to the adjoining room and this meant you could hear pretty much everything next door, even the toilet flushing. Other than that we had a really lovely stay.
