とても良いパートナーと滞在
We were scared by the bad reviews at first but our stay went off without a hitch! Staff were friendly and the room was exactly what we paid for. Maybe this isn't a place for long stays/homebodies as the room was small but since we spent most of the time out in the city the room did exactly what we needed. Towels and bed sheets were clean!

The room was okay. The beds were comfy and had all amenities needed for a couple of nights stay. The plug was hanging off the wall, the blinds wouldn’t shut, there was bare electrical cables taped up next to the shower in the bathroom. Was okay, but a few issues found.

The location of the hotel is near a famous market, that was a plus, however all the hotel amenities ŵere in bad shape. Kettle is out of place, the safe doesn't work, other guest smoke at the hotel front and the smoke reach to your room even when you've the windows shut, this was bad. I had insects on my bed, black Beatles. The receptionist only excuse that they are 2 stars hotel, so what do you expect our why you ask for more??!!

The rooms were well cleaned and maintained, however there is not if any amenities like soap,towels,hand towels. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would like to point out the check in staff, Mousafa he was friendly and helpful on things around the hotel and Amsterdam itself!
Will visit again as the staff, room and energy comes with a cleanliness vibe and there is a grocery store right in front for things to grab for the night or your stay.

It was like a Hostel, could hear our neighbours and everyone outside like there was paperwalls. The shower was cold for the first 10 minutes, then it varied from scolding to almost bearable, not possible to adjust. My fiancé got lots of bites all over her body.
The location is good, and the main guy we interacted with was super nice, so staff gets thumbs up 👍
