Upon check in I was put into a room that was not as advertised or equal to what I paid for.
Front desk staff were rude and obnoxious didn’t want to discuss mistake.
The room itself was not clean, dirty sheets, dirty walls, faulty power outlets, extremely slippery floors in bathroom outdoor area, pathways around the property are extremely slippery and hazardous.
Pool water was filthy, obviously not dosed correctly and alkalinity was way out.
Hotel is extremely noisy, rooms above people were stomping around like elephants, next door room people were drinking until 3am yelling and screaming.
Next door to the hotel is a construction site where they were working through the night with grinding and hammering.
This hotel was full of rude drunk Australians, tattooed from neck to ankle. I believe they are called bogans.
Will never stay again and will never recommend, absolutely disgusting place to stay and ruined my holiday.

Hotel in good location, although main reception a bit hard to find as it’s off the main road.
Staff are super friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is very basic and not really what you would expect.
Room was comfortable but a little outdated, the sink basin was cracked and should really be replaced.
Not a big fan of the shower set-up.
The pool area is very spacious with plenty of lounge chairs.
One area of concern is the door security, door was very flimsy and didn’t seal.

We love this hotel in Legian! I have been staying there for 15 years and love the staff, pool and grounds. The staff & food at Itu Itu restaurant are amazing. Some of the rooms require TLC but overall would continue to highly recommend Three Brothers. 😃
