There were still dishes in the dishwasher from the last guests, the toilet didn’t flush if the shower was on and the down lights in the bedroom didn’t work. The bed was comfy and otherwise a tidy place with a nice atmosphere. There is also an aldi there which is very handy

No hot water, the adjourning room is actually just one apartment split, per the fireplan and switchboard, the locks keep getting switched between those rooms and the TV was swapped, clearly being stalked where the next apartment has one door on their side and full access to my window isn't wierd enough. The parking area mimics an old residence car park with storage cages exactly the same, i've been set up on my own home, and people closest to me who lost everything or are dead, never in a hotel - very un-normal, and the people involved feel it's OK to do despite not doing anything illegal, look in the your own backyards or a mirror once in a while.

Room a little tired but has all the amenities required. Good for public transport to city CBD as well. Good price.

Room was in fair condition a few bits of furniture that were tatty. Beds were comfortable. Said it was a studio but more like a normal hotel bedroom just with a microwave and toaster as extra. No balcony although there was one outside the window which was connected to the room next door which was a bit weird as they could walk past our window and look in to our room. The staff were excellent very helpful. Not really close to anything beach was about a mile away only an Aldi next door

Room was clean, amenities good, easy to access. Was quit noisy at times though.

Cheap accommodation but it does show. Lots of stains and makeshift repairs in our room, low attention to detail for cleaning. Missing utensils and basic crockery. Shower was stained and grotty so didn’t use. Tap fixtures were loose and overall area didn’t feel safe or inviting. Lots of social housing around hotel with “interesting” folk roaming around. Staff at reception were lovely however but on balance, I would not recommend this area or accom

My decision to book this hotel was based on numerous good reviews; however, my stay was disappointing. I was under the impression that it was an apartment with kitchen facilities, so I purchased groceries for breakfast before checked in. Upon arrival, I found only a small room with a toaster and no television. The most alarming issue was that the door could not be locked. Given our vulnerable ground-floor location, we felt unsafe and had a very restless night, unfortunately we found this issue after front desk close at 6pm! It was a profoundly negative experience.

The lady at reception was very welcoming and helpful. She is an asset to the business. The room itself was spacious, clean, well resourced and quiet. I would happily stay there again. Thank you.
