最高 I had to print something out and the staff were extremely helpful in getting it printed, providing scissors so I could cut some things out, AND provided a glue stick so I could paste it into my notebook. Staff rating: A+.
Room was clean and the cleaning staff were courteous. Room had high end finishes. Overall great experience.
The one bad thing was the breakfast. Save your money and go eat at Brunch, The Templeton, or any of the other breakfast spots close by. The breakfast voucher from the hotel isn't any cheaper than just going to the restaurant. Furthermore, the one day we tried it, the food was cold and they don't even have cream for the coffee...just 2% milk. Not really the hotels fault because they don't run it, but I see no value in getting the voucher.

良い Centrally located. Beds comfortable. Clean rooms. Refrigerator in room. Rooms and bathrooms are very small. Elevator as well. No more than 4 people at time and it was tight. Makes things slow when it’s a busy time of day. Breakfast mediocre. Shoes stuck to the floor in the restaurant.

最高 Very boutique vibe.
Staff at the front are excellent. They are honest and helpful. Ellijah and Sanjan are both exemplary.
Rooms are nice. Suite is great. Decor is funky.
Showers are cute. The themes are very modern funk.
Restaurant nearby is pretty good (breakfast selection is average).

最高 Nice boutique hotel in the middle of downtown near dozens of restaurants. Clean and well appointed amenities. Very friendly and helpful staff. We are a family of three including a 17 year-old teen. Would’ve been even better if the breakfast had a little variety in those three days that we stayed at the hotel.
