The check in was a bit slow but the staff helpful. Room was not as clean as last time we stayed there.

Very convenient and well maintained property

Great place

Location, property, staff all genuinely excellent. I mean all staff are excellent - front desk, cleaning, restaurant, security, gardening staff, pool staff all working very hard in the heat to make your stay enjoyable. I am an old fashioned person, but I think the pajamas uniform are a nice touch 😊 The restaurant staff and chef are also excellent but perhaps a little update on the menu is possible? That's really not a criticism, I just think it would make the hotel perfect- and I do set very high standards and am very fussy. However, the price that the Ozo maintains for food and beverage makes this completely acceptable.Thank you everyone , I'm definitely coming back - with friends!. Kop Khun mak kon tee rak🙏

Every things is good. I will be

My stay at the OZO Hotel in North Pattaya is always FANTASTIC! A great location in Pattaya and a very nice clean hotel. The gym and swimming pool facilities are very good as well. Having Terminal 21 Shopping Center a very short walk away is a big convenience with all its retail stores, restaurants, dessert options and grocery store. This was my 5th stay in the past 14 months at this hotel because of all the OZO Hotel offers guests. The entire staff is very helpful, courteous and friendly. The housekeeping staff is very hardworking and pleasant. I was very fortunate to have a housekeeper most of my 4 week stay named Srinuan who was always very attentive and made sure I had all I needed from housekeeping. The entire housekeeping staff is EXCELLENT. I will not stay anywhere else in Pattaya and I highly recommend the OZO Hotel. My only preference that OZO Hotel does not have is Netflix on their TV service for those stay in evenings in Pattaya.

Ozo is a excellent location for being near to the beach and night life activities

no hair dryer in the room

The breakfast had many options and was very good.

I was really impressed with the presentation of the room and the staff was really friendly and nice!
