少しがっかり The air-conditioner was broken there was no hot water a lot of customers were complaining .
The rooms are very old and rundown there was large piles of rubbish laying at the front gates under the staircase areas was dirty.

Perfect location on the beach. Food excellent.Well priced except had no hot water for 2 days . Manager kept saying fixed but a lot of rooms were the same.

Great location straight in front of surf, staff awsome, especially Karl. Rooms basic, no hot water or presure but beds so comfortable it made up for the basic rooms.

Hotels.com really dropped the ball on this one. First off they daid they closed online bookings. So i got there and i didnt get the room i deserved. This place was digusting, run down, and mold everywhere. One outlet in the room.
NO HOT WATER!!
if you are even thinking of staying here.. dont!!!

When we arrived the person checking us in did not seem to have our booking anywhere to be found in their books (we booked a few months in advance). When we got our room there were stains on the sheets and towels (incl bleach stains) the room was dirty with thick layers of dust and pee stains on the bathroom wall. By the time we saw the room we had checked in. It was so bad we decided to move to another hotel. The guy we spoke to at the hotel said we had to contact hotels.com to get a refund, as we didn’t end up staying there, but that he didn’t have a problem with a refund as we didn’t stay there. When we contacted hotels.com they said it was up to the hotel if they would allow a refund but that they had been unable to reach anyone at the hotel and that they were not answering the phone calls from hotels.com. My husband went to speak to the guy working at the hotel and he said we wouldn’t be able to get a hold of the owner.
So as the hotel never responded to hotels.com we did not get a refund for a place we didn’t spend a single night in.

Loved the views from top floors, access to surf/ beach and great location generally. Liked the food and pool area and fact that staff were responsive to our requests for additional room related stuff- fresh towels etc. Well priced for beachfront location
