Breakfast buffets were. Excellent with many varieties of food choices staffs are extremely helpful. Staffs at the reception were also extremely helpful for my additional reservations for another 4 nights at this hotel I stayed for a total of eight nights.
This is my fifth stays at Best western Plus since year 2023and have seen many improvements to now. Buffets breakfast was the most enjoyable thing to have. I always feel safe at Best Western Plus Angeles City.

Everything was fantastic! The breakfast buffet was great, the staff was very helpful, gracious and kind. Could not have been happier with the overall experience. Five stars all the way!

You can never find a better place to stay here in Angeles City than MetroBEST WESTERN HOTEL!!! THE STAFF IS AMAZING!!! Kudos to Management for a job well done in hiring the BEST staff!!!
👍Front Desk was very accommodating, welcoming a return guest like me!
*** I got sick during my stay and they sent bottled water right away upon request.
👍Security was very welcoming, making sure they took care of my needs (Uber, Grab, etc.)
👍JEFF at the Breakfast Buffet area, double thumbs up for the personalized and amazing customer service!!!!
👍ROMMEL, from Cactus Jack, made me feel like a VIP, when I brought in new customers and told them of the amazing food at Cactus Jack👏👏👏👏👏

Nice, beautiful cozy executive room with jacuzzi and living room and 2 TVs. We had a refreshing night dip at the outdoor swimming pool in the 4th floor. This hotel is near restaurants and shops.

The bed looked dirty; bed sheet appears to be blood stain and shoes stomped markings. I have videos and photos taken when I arrived and discovered.

Totally enjoyed my stay in the hotel. It's like staying in a 5-Star Hotel. Friendly and hospitable staff, breakfast buffet was satisfying. Clean room and surroundings.
