Ok, they do need on site laundry and a pickle ball court.

My friend and I stayed for the weekend. Our room was on the smaller side. I mean to enter the bathroom someone had to stay in bed. Decor was basic. Our room was warm and when asked for a way to make it cooler I was offered a table fan that took care of the issue. Window open was not an option due to noise. Breakfast was a good value and with different options. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great, steps from a tram station. Despite the warm nights the hotel is a good choice. I recommend it if you are able to sleep through warm nights. It was the first week of May.

The hotel is well located near an S-bahn station and a tram stop, making exploring central and suburban Munich super easy. The rooms are cleaned daily and have everything you need for a short stay. Great value for money!

One night business trip. Clean, comfortable, all that was required.

This was my second stay at the IBIS on the Arnulfstraße, and I was disappointed. Due to surgery, I was in a room for the handicapped, which was large, quiet, and comfortable UNTIL the fire alarm started beeping. Of course, it was night, and it awoke me. I tried to call the front desk to see if I should evacuate. Their number was NOT displayed, and I had to hunt for it. It was in a pamphlet. Imagine being awakened by the alarm and having to search for the number. Dialing Zero did not work! I finally got someone on the line, who instructed me to push the red and green buttons on the main light switch at the same time. That stopped the beeping. Now I had two red strobe lights flashing, one next to my head above the bed and the other on the wall next to the door. This went on for three nights, although I reported the issue each night and each morning. Come on, folks! This is absolutely unacceptable. They did comp breakfast the day I left. Next stay will be at the neighboring Nova Hotel.
