Good hotel, friendly staff, location amazing

Room smelt like smoke even though we were on a non- smoking floor. Room felt stale.

Have been staying in this hotel for its location. Hotel looks a bit dated but overall the cleanliness standard is maintained.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was welcoming and professional. However, floor service staff could use more training in greeting guests and politeness. Buffet breakfast was also disappointing.

I asked for a non-smoking room and was given one smelled of cigarette. I supposed they do not do a good job policing travelers and making sure they understand that non-smoking means 'Non-smoking'. My room did not have a safe and I had to use the one at the receptionist. The free wi-fi in the room is off-and-on at best but worked fine in the lobby. Breakfast in the 4th floor was a little crowded at times because of the tours visiting from mainland China. Otherwise the location is hard to beat, right in the center of action, walking distance to casinos, historical sites, churches, museums and even the ferry terminal.

There got street girl following me into the lift. Security is needed much to block this kind of happening.

Not too far to walk to Senado Square and other places of interest. Also easy to reach from airport. Comfortable stay.

Great hotel. Good location. Few employees were not customer oriented, to assist in getting transportation or city sightseeing information.

Virtually everything about this hotel was bad. - smoking on non-smoking floors - old, dilapidated décor - mildew smell in the room - cracked mirror in the bathroom - 20 year old television that barely worked - staff not very helpful; couldn't even call a taxi for us - breakfast was mediocre There are many other great alternatives.

nice hotel with good location, the staff provide good service and the facilities is enough.
