Perfect room, staff very polite and helpful, I only had one uk plug adapter and they gave me an extension without even asking. Made everything so easy

Our stay in Venice was excellent and was made to feel very special by the staff here, especially Rosa who greeted us like friends. We had the room with balcony overlooking bridge which was so nice. Would love to go back.

We paid close to 500 euros for one night for this horrible hotel. When we arrived the room was hot so we turned on the AC so it could cool and we could return a little later. It never did. We tried everything to get it to work then finally called the phone number they list by 7:00pm. (no one stays onsite) They sent someone to come look at the AC unit and he tried everything that we had already tried and he had no idea what to do or how to fix it. Then he spoke to the owners by phone and came back into the room to try and convince us “It’s working now” WHICH IT WAS NOT. He said give it 1 hour to cool, by that time it was 10:00 pm we were tired from traveling and wanted to go to sleep. We sat in the tiny lobby because it was too hot to go into the room. When I text they tried to tell me don’t look at the thermostat, it wasn’t a true reading, and that it was operated remotely. Just a load of bull. I told them it was not still not cooling, could we have another room. They said they were booked and there were no more rooms available. Then no response, At 1:00am we still couldn’t sleep because of the heat. I understand things need maintenance sometimes, but these owners never would acknowledge the problem, and try and gaslight us that it worked! Unbelievable! Even after Expedia contacted them, they refused a refund of any kind. I have never written a bad review for anyone but this in my eyes was inexcusable and something future guests need to be aware of.

Great, quiet location near excellent restaurants. Good communication about check in/check out.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is amazing. It is close to a water bus from the airport, and it is on one of the main walking thoroughfares.

This was my first time in Venice and I couldn’t have chose a better place to stay to have a wonderful experience! The location was amazing with access to shopping and restaurants. The woman who runs this beautiful hotel is the best! She was very friendly and helpful. We were very happy with our stay and experience.

Nice room but small. Good AC. Well kept, friendly staff, good location near to train station and 20 mins walk to San Marco. Check-in process is challenging, several steps, not clear, link to an Italian form for city tax.

This was one of our favorite stays on our honeymoon. We were only here for two nights, but after walking Venice all day, it was so nice to take a seat on the balcony for a very coveted view of the canal, especially at sunset. I would recommend this highly as it's a 7 minute walk from the train station and only over one bridge with stairs. No need for a water taxi, self check in was easy, and the staff was very responsive even when not at the front desk.

great property and staff. beautiful view. my boyfriend proposed and they worked with him to surprise me with flowers and champagne in the room. highly recommend this hotel!
